Relaxation

While I was doing this exercise I became very relaxed and was amazed at the feeling in my arms and hands. The first feeling I had was a tingling feeling in my hands. This soon changed to a clammy feeling and then a heavy feeling. I found it funny that while visualizing the blood flowing from my stomach it began to gargle, was I hungry or was that the blood flow change making this happen? After finishing this exercise I was very relaxed and ready to go. This was not my first relaxation exercise, I have an app on my phone that I sometimes do while waiting in my car for my daughter at the bus stop. By taking a minutes to do this exercise it helps refresh me to begin the second half of my day as mother, wife, and soccer coach. I would really like to see more people take a minute to do this and see how it can decrease stress and promote relaxation.

Welcome to my blog

Welcome to my blog space. I am pretty excited to dive into learning about the integral health. I have always believed that our mind plays a big role in how we live. This takes learning to look at ourselves for our own happiness and wellness. It seems like we are taught to look outside for our happiness. If you have an expensive car, expensive clothes and are really popular, are you assured true happiness and wellness? No matter what you have or do not have, you are the only one that can find authentic happiness, integral health, and genuine wholeness. I know this can not come easy and it will take changes in how I think and what I do.
